The challenge

We were tasked with providing a full and comprehensive range of legal services under one roof, with exclusive discounts available. Additionally, we had to continually educate the workforce whilst delivering outstanding service levels in a personal and local capacity.

During 2020 alone, we supported over 3000 employees who saved more than £180,000 in legal fees.

The solution

Having already established a trusted relationship with our client delivering the National Bereavement Service, we brought on board to provide Adroit’s full suite of discounted legal services.

Using a mixture of digital and print platforms, as well as face to face exercises, we identified which members of the workforce were most likely to need to seek our support and issued targeted communications to encourage them to use the company’s online hub for support when it became relevant.

What we did

  • Presented at regional client ‘support hubs’ to build trust and confidence in our services
  • Created a bespoke co-branded microsite
  • Kept in regular communication through client e-comms
  • Undertook formal and informal employee seminars and attended wellbeing events in branches nationwide
  • Developed and rolled out a programme of bite-sized legal webinars
  • Introduced new products adding further value and protection for colleagues (funeral plans and a digital storage platform for personal, legal and financial documents)
  • Produced monthly articles and case studies to support print and digital communications
  • Supported client competitions and prize draws during seasonal events


During 2020 alone, we enabled over 3000 employees to save more than £150,000 in legal fees. We also introduced an exclusive funeral planning service to the company, resulting in a combined total saving for employees of more than £180,000.
