Option 2

  • Monthly management information
  • NBS ‘What to do when someone dies’ leaflets – co-branded or white-labelled
  • Microsite for legal services – co-branded with Adroit
  • Additional online chat facility linked to employer’s website

The NBS Practical package + Online Support package + Counselling package:

Option 3
  • A dedicated 0800 free phone number for each corporate client – provides access to our full package of legal and bereavement services
  • Monthly management information
  • NBS ‘What to do when someone dies’ leaflets – co-branded or white-labelled
  • Microsite for legal services – co-branded with Adroit
  • Additional online chat facility linked to employer’s website
  • Additional telephone bereavement support and counselling service
  • Face-to-face support and counselling sessions, if required

Did you know?

Our most comprehensive benefits package includes virtual bereavement support and counselling triage service for your employees and customers. This involves assessing the individual’s needs along with immediate bereavement support.

All support is provided by trained personnel and counselling is delivered by a BACP-registered practitioner. Our support and counselling service is led by:
